Hi, it seems I misidentified the Recap C as connecting to a digital voice recorder, and actually need the S2. Can I swap this out? I attempted to send a support ticket, but appears this is a restricted feature...

Hi, I've been trying to contact someone in customer support.  Two weeks ago I received a RECAP C I ordered about a month ago.  Unfortunately the device doesn't seem to record my end of calls.  I can hear the incoming audio clearly on recordings, but my voice is a very, very faint buzzing.  Can you please either send me a replacement or swap this for the version that records the mic onto a different channel, so that I can set its level higher?  It looks like the website description was unclear and that the RECAP S2 might work.  I'd appreciate it if you could either swap this or accept a return.  This one just isn't working.  Thank you.  Marshall
