Q: Does RECAP work while you are using a Bluetooth headset or only when you are using a wired headset? Also, will the device record if you aren’t using a headset at all and just talking on the phone?
A: RECAP works by capturing the audio signals between the phone and headset therefore it only works with wired headsets, and you must use talk on the headset.
