My RECAP does not seem to be working at all (PC)

Verify proper connection of cables. In specific make sure the headset and output port are not swapped.

Make sure you are connecting RECAP's output to a microphone port, not a combo port (for that need Model C) or a Line In port.

Adjust microphone volume
